How it Works:


1. Once you register to participate, you’ll be invited to download the Challenge Guide and Stress Busting Bingo Card

2. Track your activities on the BINGO card by crossing out squares for each daily activity completed horizontally, vertically, or diagonal line (just like traditional BINGO). 

3. After the 2 weeks are up submit your completion survey at concierge@health-kick.com to be eligible to win wellness funds that you can spend on any of the brands or services on the HealthKick platform!
